Exchange Policy

Misaal Fabrics cares for their customers, therefore we provide 07 days easy exchange facility to our customers.

Any product purchased from misaalfabrics.com can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery only if:

  1. The item/s you ordered is defective or has missing accessories, wrong order/article at the time of delivery.
  2. Customer must notify us through Whatsapp or call within 24 hrs of delivery.
  3. Customers are required to send us pictures of delivered item through WhatsApp.
  4. Exchange request must be made within 07 days of delivery.
  5. Customers are NOT liable to pay any shipping fee in case of wrong / defective delivery.

We are unable to accept any exchange request if:

  1. Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
  2. Product is damaged because of use.
  3. Product has been tampered.
  4. Anything is missing from the package including tags, labels, original packing and order invoice.
  5. Customer change of mind.

Order Cancellation

  1. You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. You will receive a confirmation call before processing your order.
  2. Order once processed, cannot be cancelled & Return Policy will be applied.
  3. Please review our Return Policy
